How we started
Mechximize was forged at IIT Bombay to eliminate the "Manufacturing Blame Game" that stalls hardware innovation. Our founders witnessed a recurring nightmare: managing five different vendors for one complex part, leading to fragmented IP, quality disputes, and missed deadlines. We pivoted from standard machining to becoming the Integrated Manufacturing Partner, leveraging a vetted network of 40+ specialized facilities to handle the chaos for you. By combining academic rigor with a secure, fragmented production model, we ensure that your designs stay protected while we manage every step—from 5-axis CNC and DMLS to validated surface engineering—delivering a single, Mechximize Certified component directly to your door.

With a background from IIT Bombay, he spearheads the company's initiatives in automation and ecosystem integration. Aryan’s focus is on redefining the client experience—moving away from vendor management toward a "single point of contact" model that allows innovators to focus on engineering rather than supply chain logistics.

Chief Operating Officer
Lacky is the architect of Mechximize’s Fragmented Manufacturing network. He manages the coordination of 40+ specialized manufacturing partners, ensuring seamless hand-offs between disparate processes like raw machining and complex surface engineering. By analyzing operational metrics and optimizing supply chain flow, Lacky ensures that "One Part, One Delivery Date" isn't just a slogan, but a logistical reality that protects client IP and guarantees on-time delivery.

Chief Technical Officer
Mohit oversees the technical backbone of Mechximize, ensuring every project meets the highest standards of production readiness. Drawing on deep expertise in automation and high-precision manufacturing, he manages the integration of advanced technologies like 5-Axis CNC, DMLS, and Femtosecond Laser processing.
